Thanks alot guys, I have actually Bitten the Bullet and cut down to 2 cans of tuna a day. Spenidng about 300$ on groceries bi weekly. 600$ a month out of my 1400 $ income... lol good thing I really want this I tell yea! I got a back picture takin, The angle isnt directly dead on, and the flex isnt entirerly proper ( first time I have ever done a back pose) but considering there was no muscle in my back AT ALL when i started, I am happy to see lumps forming! ( and there not cancer phew ) haha! Trying to really work on the lats now and get them toflare out, Think im still missing the grasp on the contractions with lats. Working on it every workout though.
Thanks again for all the feedback and support guys, Approaching my 1 year mark in the gym, From a complete scrawny kid. Really excited for following years.
P.s I know my skin is really gross, ='( Working on seeing a dermatoligist to hopefully help squash it, Have tried everything else from basic antibiotics to expensive creams and shit... Very frustrating problem...
