Anticipation is killin me!

I just had to write this out cuz it's killin me! I've been bustin my ass to bulk up, and I'm lovin the results. I'm so addicted to working out, if I go a day without doing something that involves physical exertion I get pissed, and it drives me to do more the next day. I don't do the standard type of training like a lot of you guys do, but I'm very comfortable with what I do. I've lost 36 pounds of fat and put on a very decent amount of muscle mass. My shoulders, my arms, and chest are growing awesomely, and I love it. Thanks to all you guys who have helped me with my questions, and thx for being here with all your awesome information. You guys help so much.

I know what you mean, I could train everyday if it gave results, but I know that overtraining wont get you jack.

so when you DO get to train, give it all you got, and just zone, walkmans help ..heheh
 
The most important thing is you are willing to work hard. You should be able to accomplish anything if you have that. Good job bro.

Fill us in. What do you do?

There are a lot of things people do to get to where they need to be, weights are just the most conveineint. Some people pick up rocks, some people do calastetics, and some people bend things. To each his own.
 
the way i train is very odd, ill do whatever my body tells me to do. i know it sounds kinda crazy, but when im in the gym, ill start with something that just looks appealing. which usually ends up my training my chest and tris super hard for a day, then the next day attack shoulders and back extremely hard. then the day after ill end up doing tris and bis. i do minimal leg work since mine are strong enough and i dont want to have huge legs. but yea, this is pretty much how ive always trained, at it works fine for me.
 
I was just joking up there but I'm serious now, you need to train legs and your core no matter what your goals are.
