Hey bfold, how much does a tire that size cost, and where do you get something like that?

I have never paid a dime for ANY tires. Call up a construction company, rock quarries, industrial tire companies, etc... They have to pay to get rid of them to the EPA once they are not in use anymore...so they will gladly give you all that you want. All of mine have a small hole somewhere...

i got my tires free(old bad ones) from a tire store that deals in industrial size equpment tires such as earth moving vehicles

but then again i wouldnt get any unless you are serious about doin the sport b/c it will cost you quite a bit to get rid of them when you have to.

B, how much did it slow your tire down to not use your knee, and how's it feel today?

i know u were talkin to b, but yesterday when i did my flips i didnt use my knee. i just made one solid motion w/it almost and seemed like it flowed alot beter for me. the knee helps but i feel i was faster w/o yesterday on the flips i did w/o my knee. i really dunno where it came from. i guess my form and hips have just improved a lil and i just shot it up and it felt great.

Well....I can flp that 550 tire with one hand in one motion...so not using my knee with two hands isn't hard. You only have to go three flips.

My knee feels pretty good today...I hope to do some 2 3/8" thick bar clean and presses today.

I wish that the video would have caught my mother walking up behind the camera after about 30 seconds and saying '4, 5, 6, 7' lol. It was pretty light weight so I decided to have a little fun with it. With that event you need to relax and just have fun. If you can take the pain...you can hold on a long time... You just have to realize how much pain that you can take...
