i have been feeling great lately in the gym,my lifts have all been sky rocketing and i love it,my squats are going up steady,and im up to 55's on db presses incline and flat,i was just at the 35's two months ago,and ive almost tripled my t-bar rows im up to three 45's when jsut last month i was at one,its wild,im starting to see my little test factory at work,now i want the size,time for food
