Is this diet good for cutting? when you follow it you have to eat 6 small meals a day, but can you eat carbs in all those 6 meals? I was trying to find that info but I couldn't , Also eating that many times a day won't rise your insulin production ending up in Weight Gain? any reviews on this diet?

The animalbolics food diet is basically a carb cycling diet that follows paleo diet principles. It's a perfectly healthy diet that you can follow year round. The diet recommends eliminating dairy products, gluten and lactose from your diet which I agree with 100%. All 3 of those are very inflammatory in the body.

You are correct about carbs and insulin. Carbs are sort of a double edged sword. They are extremely anabolic and promote muscle gains but too much of them will just get you fat.

Carb cycling makes a lot of sense. Both scientifically and in a real world sense. No one will question the fact that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is that too much of them will simply get you fat.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.

If you want to loose weight, simply have more low carb days per week then high carb days. Eating 6 small meals throughout the day vs 3 big meals will actually promote much more stable blood sugar levels and PREVENT fat gain.

I explain how to set up a carb cycling diet and have a full sample meal plan in this article here -> http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/supplements/carb-cycling-exposed-trevor-44776.html

list the diet specifically as you are interpreting it.

a lot of people throw around diet ideas but don't really understand them. example paleo diet can be interpreted different ways. in actuality cavemen never had dairy in their diets, (there weren't cows being milked in those days i assure you) yet todays paleo is okay with dairy.

It resembles a lot the carb cycling diet, so it might as well work for you. However, for comparison purposes I would advise you to check it out as well - http://www.evolutionary.org/cycling-carbohydrates

I really like that diet because it is very effective, and it is not restrictive either. Besides, it is very flexible, so you can adapt it to your needs and regimen.
