if I need it I will throw in the extra day to rest I willput it in on day 7. Wizkid I am not going to train to failure because I want srength and explosiveness over size, but the advice on the calves is welcome and looks pretty solid. maybe I will lower the reps on arms to 5 x 5 and then 2 x 8.
Legion the reason I like higher reps on back and legs si because I like working on explosive form and with the weight I can do for 8 I don't cheat... Boxing drills are made for overall endurance not just leg, thought I might throw in one session of sprinting.
Thaibox I'm thinking of 5 one minute round of combos on a heavy bag, and 3 one minute rounds of shadow boxing, watcha think???
