Body fat: Appx 9%
Flat bench press: 205 4times
Hammer Strenght preacher curls: 70pounds 4 sets 4-6 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets 405 6times
Week 4 stats:
WT: 170
*Body fat: Has not been measured yet. Visually I looked more ripped. I would say 8%.
Flat bench press 225 3-4times
Hammer Strenght preachers curls: 85 pounds 4sets 4-6 reps
Leg Press: 4 sets 685 6 times
At work everyone has been saying how my arm's, chest, and back have been getting bigger. Some have even said that it seems like I've been getting my sleeves(short sleeve's) tapered in. I have noticed it too, my shirts have been fitting tighter. My legs have are looking more defined, they have always my strong point...just wanted to get more definition.
