Please stop making an issue out of the swift boat thing. Bush came out and said all 527's should stop running ads. Furthermore he said you served honorably and should be proud of your record.

Are you making this a big issue because it's all you have to run on, because the people are tired of hearing about Iraq being a mistake and everyone is recognizing the economy is turning around? Or is it because you STILL haven't established a platform other than your military record?

Whatever the reason is, please stop, it's only hurting your chances at getting elected.

Kerry made his war record the centerpiece of his "platform", and now, swift boat shit aside, you're seeing that vets, even some POWs, are pretty fucking pissed off that Kerry's testimony before the Senate was used as North Vietnamese propaganda.

By making his war record so central, any criticism of it will sink him. And his "war record" includes what he said to the Senate.

I think the arguments over whether or not he deserved a Purple Heart(s) or whatever else are stupid - when he was awarded them, no one asked "what if he is running for president?" He earned those, bottom line, and should be proud.

He really would be a shitty President. Please don't vote for him.
