Amp02 Question for Omega

Well I have two questions for you omega. First off I love the product. It really makes me focused and in the zone when I'm in the gym.

Q1: Everytime I take amp02 I seem to have to use the bathroom within like 20 minutes of taking it. And its usually a couple times before the feeling goes away. Any idea which ingredient is causing this?

Q2: The bottle says take 9, but after trying a few different doses, 3 capsules seems to be about all I can handle. Anything more than that makes me feel jittery. Is that the caffeine or something else?

And while I got you in the thread, one more question: If I can only handle 3 capsules of Amp02, will I be able to handle lipostim? I just ordered a bottle and it should be at my house this week.

When are you taking this? Preworkout meal? How much water with and along with throughout the day?
I just started up at last week. i did 6 on day 1 and 9 ever since. I pee like a race horse all the time but its cause im always hydrating up.

Gaspari superpump 250 gave me the runs pregym though

haha, yeah I think I'm just sensitive to the stims. Thanks for the reply omega, I do love the amp02 product. The "laxative" effect is not bad, its just like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning or something. truthfully it keeps me more regular than fiber!

But yeah I took 7 caps like the third day of the bottle and I felt like I could feel my heart pounding out of my chest. 3-4 caps seems to be the perfect range for me. I don't get any strung out feelings and I still get the energy and focus I enjoy at the gym.

I should be getting my lipostim anyday now, I think it shipped out on thursday of last week. I am anxious to give it a shot.

Should I give up my morning coffee once I start the lipostim?
