I really can't see your body enough to make a perfect judgement...but I would say that you have too much leg bend and your back is not arched enough. Try taking your feet out wider too...

I never do those but from what I've seen and read you shouldn't bend your legs much if at all. It's mainly a pivot point at the hips and yes keep your back perfectly straight or even a bit arched.
