im trying to lose weight for medical reasons.
age 32, weight 301, height 5-6 (ex powerlifter,off gear since last august), type 2 diabetic(meds,glyburide)

meal 1:
aprox 7am
isopure protien(zero carb) 50g pro
omega 3,6,9
1c oat meal+ a tablespoon honey
sesapure
glucorell ala
multi vit
t-rex
apple
1liter water

meal 2: 9:30
3 hard boiled egg whites
part skim cheese stick
levorox
1 liter water

meal 3: 12:00
chicken breast
baby spinich salad(vinigret)
omega 3,6,9
1 c rice
glucorell ala
sesapure
t-rex
bcaa
1 liter water

meal 4: 2:30
isopure shake 50g pro
1 c oat meal
1 tablespoon honey
1 liter water

meal 5: 5:00
isopure shale 50g pro
apple
omega 3,6,9
levorox
sugarfree redbull
1liter water

workout 6pm
1 gal water

meal 6: post work out
isopure mixed into gatorade

meal 7:
1 can tuna on crackers(10 crackers)
bcaa

this is a typical day...im trying to carb cycle.....1 day high carbs 1 day no carbs(usualy 30g)to even out blood sugar, and 1 day low carbs....my goal here is to get down to 240 lbs
