I have my pw meal heavy at 6pm....then I have a prebed (on my pillow) meal of casein shake, 10 almonds and a tons of veggies....usua;;y wake up 2-3 times starving so I grab some more veggies and cotage cheese....last dnack id prob. 1-2am and I'm up at 6am....so it's really only 6 hours without food...
