I'm someone that never used to do cardio but I introduced it into my program to kick start my fat loss.
Has worked wonders. Morning fat burnin cardio, 30 minutes on an empty stomach plus BCAA.
Have to neck a protein, oats and Oil Blend shake straight after though.
Agree with BM, throw in an evening cardio session and my poor body gets all confused. Love it....
