About to start an 8 week experiment of Sarms Search LGD for a recomp. Current stats: 30 years old, 5'7" 152 pounds, 17% fat. (lowest fat % ever recorded via electronic scale 12.5%. at 135 pounds. highest weight ever during bulk 186 pounds.) Haven't used aas in almost 10 year. have used Ostarine with good results recently. (8 weeks off last time taking Osta)
Goal for end of 8 weeks cycle is a 5-6% drop in body fat (each 1% equates to roughly 1.5 pounds with my stats...so drop 7-8.5 pounds) and add as much muscle as LGD will allow in 2 months. (realistically, I'm thinking 1-3 pounds of muscle.) so I expect my finish weight to be somewhere around 145-147 looking very lean. (not even close to "show" lean... but a comfortable pool side lean!) I am also interested in doing an honest, efficient, monitored, log if I see the interest. (with before/after pics and reliable updates to THE END. With No sponsors, and ACURATE reporting)
Other supplements I will be running along with LGD: Isoflex, Vitargo, C4 pre work out, Omega 3 oils (15g per/day), BCAAs (8mg during workout), Need2slin, and for minor test support/anti estrogen and energy boost (since I read of lathargy from LDG) and to max fat loss...Muscle Pharm Iron Cuts. (will also have HCGenerate ES on hand if need be.)
PCT (week 8-12): GW 50, HCGenerate, Forged PCT, Unleashed, DAA
my questions!
1) is it worth starting out the LDG at a "small" dose... ie 2-3 mg... or does it make more sense to start off the bat with something like 5mg with my height/weight.
2) I work out weights 4-5 days a week at either 3:30 or 4:30. When's the best time to dose LGD? Will also do 3 sessions of cardio/week (HIIT for 15 minutes) and 1 hour of Commando Krav Maga on sunday. (level IV

)
3) given my stated goals of recomp it's crucial I'm getting the right macros and amount of calories that will enable me to both lose the extra weight, (this has always given me trouble to find the "sweet spot") while still making dramatic strength/endurance gains. How many calories should I be eating? What Macro spread? I was going to start with maintenance and gauge fat loss, and take it from there... but that sounds like a good way to waste precious time doing the wrong thing.
Thanks,
-Chris
PS: I am NOT affiliated with ANY sarm/supplement company. But I HAVE tried SARMS (mainly Osta and GW) from 5 different suppliers. I won't mention the bad ones (and I don't see their affiliates here or ads here!) and I will say I have never tried Sarms 1... but from the 5 I have tried, first place without a doubt goes to Sarms Search for reliable quality, second place (for me) is Unique. For any company on this board not mentioned. It's not because you were one of the "bad" companies. I have just never tried your product before. cheers.
