Has anyone tried this and had success ? I am going on a trip in mid march and would like to lose bodyfat. Can I do this and work out 4 days a week and cardio 5 days a week ?
I posted earlier regarding concerns of ingesting excessive amounts of aflatoxins on this diet. It did not get much of a response but that would be my only concern and is the reason why I decided not to try it. Of course with everything casuing cancer these days it's hard to say......
It works. just take plenty of OMEGA-3.. Using only PB as your source of fat in the diet may cause severe depression in some
individuals, as you'll get a super-high ratio of Omega6 to Omega3.
I take less PB and more Fishoil on the diet and it worked great.
Ok I saw the vitamin dose so forget that. But I hate protein shakes what if I Made tuna plain fat free mayo and plain chicken breast and used that for protein ?
thats what i've done, replaced half my meals with either plain tuna or chicken. Personally, i'd rather have the shake but i'm prob gonna be on this diet for about 2 months so I'm trying to save money on protein.
Ok I have been on since Monday. Though Monday I ate a good normal lunch. Then tuesday same thing. Now wed I had a small wheat/ham sandwich and I'm on my way. I notice I feel like I am sweating more or kinda hot flashes sometimes ? I start cardio on it tonight I guess low intensity. I will do squats or deads tonight so Ill see how that plays out...
