ALA questions?

i was wondering what the best prices anyone has found for ALA caps(not powder)? http://nutriteam.com/alpha.htm has the best that i have heard. Also how long before consuming a meal should you take ALA, 30 mins? 15mins? with the food?

I think ALA hits maximum levels about an hour after ingestion.

30 minutes before is what I go by.

Hehe, I work at a supp store and I'm getting it cheaper than wholesale. I was using beyond a century before but hated using the powder. I've been using it for about a week now and it's definitely legit.

Nutriteam 300mg caps

I just got these caps in the mail and they are smaller caps than the ones I had before and they were only 250mg (NOW brand). WTF! Could the powder just be packed into a smaller capsule, or does that seem wierd to anyone else?
