Must chime in here, chaps. I'm afraid my attempts at "visable abs" has still not happened. I'm close, but at a sticking point. Thus, more cardio, less carbs, more cardio. And more crunches, leg lifts, sit ups.... ad nauseum!!!

I honestly don't remember ever seeing anyone "our" age with a six pack,
8 pack, or even a 12 pack. Other then coming out of a liquor store.
Maybe it's not possible to sustain washboard abs @ 50 +. I'm flat but no ripples. Perhaps someone with serious abdominal development skills could assist?
Mr Abs here. Really had a go trying for 6-8--10 or any pack over last few years .When one Ab appeared Mr Abs proudly showed it off to everybody in Gym,that is where my nickname came from.Somebody shouted out that it was an abcess :qt: that person has not been seen since :chomp: Where i live-a place called Blackpool-England- tap it in on your computer it is Englands number one holiday resort-look for the famous tower,I have also seen people with packs coming out of liquer stores-called off-licences here.
Mr Abs believes that a something pack began to appear last year-it was like a shadow.I felt like they were just about to make a grand entrance when they slipped back under the surface.
I am going to start work on them this week,i am just remembering how hard it is to get Abs to make a appearance. Is there someone out there who has abdominal development skills -go on give us a few pointers.
Half centurian-you are a bit of a legend on this site-very nice to hear from you old boy.Happy Ab hunting-keep us posted. : :)

God bless the Nile and Sustanon users everywhere.
Will get extra protein in-and work on mid section.

I'm fifty two. I'm not going for the six back look myself. It's more a big jug of wine,,just kidding but I am fifty two.

And abs. I have found that EQ is very nice to go along with your test if you want to take it up a level. But I would stay away from HGH. All cancers need HGH to grow. Some even produce it themselves. So if you have an undiagnosed cancer and take HGH you are throwing gasoline on a fire. I'm a cancer survivor, actually I like the word conqueror better then survivor, and let me tell you it's not a cake walk. So think about that before you use HGH. When I look back at my health I suspect I had cancer for at lest five years before it was diagnosed. It's been almost five years ago that I was diagnosed and the cancer seems to be all gone. I'm sure my use of testosterone helped cure me after I was done with chemo.
Mr Abs here
Nice to here from you .
We are both 52- Thats some years between us-even more if you put HalfCenturian in that would be 155 years of experiance between us-yet no six pack yet.Must be hard to get.
You are truly a conqueror and can only imagine what you have been through-i admire your courage.
Sounds like testosterone is marvelous for people of our age and works wonders
I take note of your comments about HGH AND EQ And have allready decided due to it being my first cycle- and a limited knowledge of steroids i am going to stick with Sus for the full 12 weeks.
But with more knowledge i am sure second cycle will be another exciting experiance.
By for now Mr Abs-Happy training Big Joe

Where are the bloody ABS Guru's???

Still no recommendations on how to get 3-dimentional ABS ????

....So we are left with Cardio, cardio, cardio.
* Fewer carbs.
* Some type of crunch excercise.
* Some type of leg lift execicise... Weighted or not.
REPEAT
That must truly be the answer. Well then - I had better pick one and do it.

You might want to pick 2 or 3 and do them lol

It gets harder for me every year to lose to bulk and harder to put on clean bulk .
