Begining of fourth week .Training Monday gym full of people with severe colds including owners.Came down with cold from hell and training has had to be abandoned for week.Today is Friday and it looks like training wont be strarting again till Monday.Gutted dont know what difference this will make.Did not plan for illness during cycle.
Also one of instructors has recommended running Dianabol with Sustonon-Anyone got any thoughts with this idea.

Dbol is great for the start. You run it that first 4 weeks that it takes for the sust to really kick in because dbol kicks in right away. That's how most people run it.

Anyone started taking Dianabol when into a cycle of Sustanon instead of starting at beginning of cycle. What would be result-not that i am not patient just wondering.I am sure a few of you must have done something similar.Iam four weeks in.

Begining of fifth week. 7 weeks to go
Training wrecked last week due to cold from hell. Will try to strart training tom morning.Feel weak.Plenty of weight gathering on stomach will have to start training harder. Will weigh myself tommorow morning but feel i will have put over a stone on since starting 4 weeks ago.Am going now feel urge to eat some Tuna.Happy training -Mr Abs.Still wondering about Dianabol.

Hey Abbey,
Don't forget your cardio. EVERY DAY! At our age the fat just above the belt line in front, and on the sides in back (love handles) are damn near impossible to rid. I'm close... but not there yet.
I would sub some Var in now.... and lose the Dbol.
Cardio Cardio Cardio. 30 minutes every day.
Sounds like you are doing well! Bulking is never a problem at our age either. Cutting is a differant story. Lift like a power lifter and diet like a bodybuilder.
Good luck, bro. and keep a stiff upper lip! Eh wot? :)

Thanks for excellant advice old chap.
Could not have asked for better answers-Looks like cardio is the answer.
Will have to get diet right but dont see that as to much of a problem.
When on Sustanon Stiff upper lip isnt the problem it seems to be stiff xxxx-never mind wife is happy hope it doesnt waste Testosteron.
Ah well must go Tea and crumpets are ready.Busy today putting some Thatch on roof of cottage.Toodleoo Half Centurian- Ha HA ha-Cheers old Boy :)

Mr Abs has returned to gym after illness. Not a bad workout for a Monday but full strength needs to return.A few people have found out that i am on Sustanon in the gym.,It wasnt me who said anything so who did. What surprised me is that now people know evrybody started opening up and sating they were on gear also,Ihave really been accepted as one of the lads.Am now in inner circle-the elite.Might be getting a bit carried away so i will go now.Happy training.Mr Abs

Mr Abs here.
Beginning of sixth week.
Things that have happened during week 5.
Due to early slot at gym when benching usually no one to spot.
Mr Abs does not lift a lot of weight and felt i was at my max.
Trainer was there and offered to spot me.I said i cant break through the weight i am lifting.By the time he had finished with me i managed to put 50% on.Not 10 reps just a few.Same with shoulders at begining of week and other exercises.
Also people have noticed me expanding in gym.Feeling a lot stronger.Accused Mrs Abs of shrinking clothes in wash-then realised it was me getting bigger.
Slight increase in temperament but not much.
I can only put it down to Sustanon-Still got 7 weeks to go-who knows what the results will be by then.Just going out to cut a few trees down-Happy training Mr Abs. :chomp: :)Mr Abs has just taken delivery of Sustanon 250 fresh from the Nile :)

Are yes the nile great transporter of sus .

"Halfcenturian" is right about the mid section its time to hit it hard now when the weight gain starts to slow work on hardening your gains and try to fit extra protein in to keep gains coming ,your going very well keep it up .

Brad.

Must chime in here, chaps. I'm afraid my attempts at "visable abs" has still not happened. I'm close, but at a sticking point. Thus, more cardio, less carbs, more cardio. And more crunches, leg lifts, sit ups.... ad nauseum!!!

I honestly don't remember ever seeing anyone "our" age with a six pack,
8 pack, or even a 12 pack. Other then coming out of a liquor store.
Maybe it's not possible to sustain washboard abs @ 50 +. I'm flat but no ripples. Perhaps someone with serious abdominal development skills could assist?

I'm fifty two. I'm not going for the six back look myself. It's more a big jug of wine,,just kidding but I am fifty two.

And abs. I have found that EQ is very nice to go along with your test if you want to take it up a level. But I would stay away from HGH. All cancers need HGH to grow. Some even produce it themselves. So if you have an undiagnosed cancer and take HGH you are throwing gasoline on a fire. I'm a cancer survivor, actually I like the word conqueror better then survivor, and let me tell you it's not a cake walk. So think about that before you use HGH. When I look back at my health I suspect I had cancer for at lest five years before it was diagnosed. It's been almost five years ago that I was diagnosed and the cancer seems to be all gone. I'm sure my use of testosterone helped cure me after I was done with chemo.
