Mr Abs is not releasing any pictures as he doesnt want to give anybody a complex.But to be honest i dont think i would do much justice to this site as you all seem built like Rambo.Perhaps when i have done a few more cycles.Who knows-or another year or two or three.When i have caught up a bit on some of you.Happy training. Have any of you when you are on sus or anything else got up in morn and really felt like saying sod the gym this morning- its happened to me a few times this week.Naturally i allways overcome this feeling though i have arrived late a few times .Just wondered if you get like this sometimes when on Sustanon or anything else.

Nice to see you making prgress on your cycle. I ran Sus for my first 4 weeks and had to switch over to test_e due to poor planning on my part - but the adjustment was smooth...actuall I think i caught the chage just right...as the Sus was building up in my system. Now the Test_e has it's on little kick, but I think its really just the accumulation of the Test (generally). I love this stuff, 48 and thinking of never coming off now that i've slipped into the dark-side. I agree with you, I think this stuff as is youth itself - is wasted on the young. I've put on 25Lbs in the last 5-weeks. But my goals are much bigger, so I'm upping my calories and protein a little bit each week. (To get big, you got to eat big, and lift big...) I also practice martail arts, and do PT. Motivation seems stuck sometimes just because so much life is happening, and who has time...but on this gear...my motivation is raised through the roof...at least when I can't make it (still life) I at least feel it cause I know that even though sometimes I feel like saying F_the gym today...My body is screaming "Please find a building to life..."LOL But I wouldn't sweat the occassional sod on workouts...its normal.
Keep training hard and good luck! Are you running HCG on this cycle...I've read some really strong advise on the wisdom to do so...I started week three - and gonna run it for the rest of my cycle plus two extra weeks...before PCT (just wondering if you have planned or thought that far ahead...It will come, and you're best to be prepared...IMHO...Ciao
 
No probs mate about the pic's we dont trash bro's about there pic's it is a very supportive board .
And some times its not the gear that makes you feel lazy its the body being tired from the extra weight and water all of a sudden its carrying, but it will pass as gains and the mirror will motivate you , and if they dont we can .

Hi there Mr. Abs. I've cut in on the second page of your thread, so excuse me if you've already mentioned it...but I was wondering if you have a cycle planned? You say you're going to be using 500 ml of Sustanon every week, but for how long?

Have you planned some PCT? Are you planning to use any anti-estrogens now or later?

I noticed you inject 250 ml on odd week days giving an uneven number of days between your 2 injections? Did you not consider injecting more evenly ... eg. every 5 days?

Why did you start at 500 ml per week? Considering you're a patient guy, why not start at a lower dose and save the higher dose for down the track a bit when your results start diminishing.

I have a stock of sustanon in my drawer and am considering giving it a go too...I'm 48....but I've been procrastenating on it for quite some time. I did use it before, 3 years ago, along with dianabol and some deca. I ended up with severe cholestasis from overdoing (too long) the dianabol...that was living hell!

PS. Just finished the whole thread, and I caught that you planned for 12 weeks. You also mentioned itching around your nipples...no one has commented on this, but it could be the early signs of gynecomastia...you probably need some anti-estrogens, and fast!

There are ideas floating around out there that suggest that a Test. only cycle can/will significantly lower Collagen synthesis, some say as much as 50 percent. This condition is noted to have an extremely adverse impact on tendons possibly giving way to tendon weakness, brittleness, rupture and other conditions that may expose us to various tendon injuries. Probably no big deal for someone younger, but we are in our fifties. Not old by any stretch but you know what I mean.

What really makes me stand up and take notice here is that since the completion of a recent Sust. only cycle(250 wk.), I have required surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in my left shoulder and am now awaiting surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in my right arm. Never had an injury before in my life. Maybe coincidence, maybe not, I am just sharing. Not tryin' to pee in anyones Cheerios.

This is my first post here and I admit that I am probably one of the least knowlegeable folks on the board, so believe me whan I say I presume nothing and highly value the intelligence and knowledge shown and shared by the members of this board. With that said, it would appear to make sense(at least for us geezers anyway)for us to at least entertain the thought of Collagen supplementation and the addition of compounds such as Deca or EQ for example that are known to dramatically increase Collagen synthesis by as much as 300 percent or so to aid in regeneration and maintenance of healthy tendons.

Hope this may help in some small way.
Have taken note of your interesting post.Did not have a clue about these possibilities.Over the next few weeks will try to find out more and maybe get some advice.More to it than i thought .Certainly learning.Looks like collagen supplementation maybe needed.Thanks a lot-Mr Abs

(SORRY meant to say erect nipples-Quite nice but alarming will look up antiEstrogens)
 
Latest on Mr Abs cycle of sustanon 250
Have just started 4th Week .I am going to say what i feel- would appreciate any comments on hopefully similar experiances after having Sustanon but any appreciated.
1- Gained 12 pound
2-Best gains seem to be round Tricep Bicep area.Feel when tensioning they are going to split my shirt open.
3-Day after training- recovering quicker.
4-Feel more confident.
5- Sometimes feel lazy-Especially before training or work.
6-Sometimes feel full of energy -like now.Weekends here.
7-Going to have to learn about PCT

Begining of fourth week .Training Monday gym full of people with severe colds including owners.Came down with cold from hell and training has had to be abandoned for week.Today is Friday and it looks like training wont be strarting again till Monday.Gutted dont know what difference this will make.Did not plan for illness during cycle.
Also one of instructors has recommended running Dianabol with Sustonon-Anyone got any thoughts with this idea.
