The past three or four weeks I have experienced cramping in the bi's and tri's after the respected workout. This week my lat cramped after back. The cramping starts about two hours after the workouts. I have a dextrose shake after each workout with about 40 grams of protein added. I intake at least 1 gallon of water per day and my potassium intake should be ok. I am just coming off a winny cycle but don't know anyone else that experienced that with winny. Any suggestions?
