After workout cramping

The past three or four weeks I have experienced cramping in the bi's and tri's after the respected workout. This week my lat cramped after back. The cramping starts about two hours after the workouts. I have a dextrose shake after each workout with about 40 grams of protein added. I intake at least 1 gallon of water per day and my potassium intake should be ok. I am just coming off a winny cycle but don't know anyone else that experienced that with winny. Any suggestions?
 
Well, we all know that cramping is a sign of dehydration. We also know what winny does for water retention. But since you're coming off it, I'm not sure why this would be much of a problem,especially with how much you're drinking. Do you keep up the water intake post workout?
 
OK, never thought about the sodium aspect. I do continue the water intake after workout. It's wierd, that it cramps so much later. I will add some sport drink into the workout to try to get some sodium in there and cut back a bit on the dextrose post workout. See is that works. Thanks guys.
 
Well, after a really grueling workout I might decide to take a bit of KA-GHB and NA-GHB!
