After effects of clen

I took liquid clen years ago (approximately 6) and have gained all the weight back and some. Now I'm doing a gluten free, diary free, sugar free diet with cardio twice a week and pilates and I'm not losing anything. I'm also taking Chinese supplements and various natural supplements. Now I have serious water retention in my legs that makes running almost impossible.

Is this a side effect of clen? Am I stuck like this forever? Should I go back on clen?

post up ur diet? also i think u should be doing more cardio, and drink plenty of water, and u should be doing weights instead of pilates? btw how much clen did u take and how long were u on it?

Sounds more likely to be a dietary issue. Could you lay out what you eat on a daily ba sis? How is your sodium intake? How many calories do you eat a day?
 
My diet for a typical day
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with almond milk and a slice of gluten-free, flax seed toast with 1/2 teaspoon of almond butter and raw honey
Snack: Fruit
Lunch: Roast chicken breast with two sides of veggies
Snack: Cup of green tea
Dinner: Baked salmon with two sides of veggies

I speed walk twice a day for 40 mins, 5 days a week. I do cardio pilates 2x a week with weights and regular pilates twice a week with weights. I also started doing bikram yoga.
I drink a ton of water during the day and at night. The only thing that I can't cut out is my Saturday night cocktail.

Could this be a hormone thing?? I recently changed my birth control pill?

This is my bet. From what to what?
 
Sure enough, I have a touch edema so I've asked my doctor if I could go off the pill for a bit. I'm going to try a special mixture of chinese herbs and an even stricter diet to try and get rid of this water weight. In the meantime, my friend from Chile is sending me some clenbuterol in pill format. Should I wait to get my system back to normal to start a cycle?
 
Your positive you were taking clen and NOT cynomel? (t-3) I would think that using T3 could maybe cause some problems with the thyroid with long term use. Just thought I would ask

I would wait. The problem with water weight is that it will mask your progress. So you have no idea if what you are doing is working.
