AF NYC Question

I have a bottle, and I am about to start using it with Yohimburn. The question I have is what are the side effects of this shit. I mean I keep hearing all of this bad news about how bad ephedrine is for you and all. I am not worried about jitters or anything, just wondering if this can fuck you up mentally or anything long term. Thanks for the help.

jitters, loss of apetite, sweating, hard to sleep

thats about it... If you go overboard you might see some more problems

my understanding was that NYC did not cause jitters, and for most people did not screw up sleep, unlike ECA.

i've never used it before though so i don't know.

The ingredients in each:
NYC = (Norephedrine, Yohimbine, Caffeine)
ECA = (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin)

Youngguns, as you can, both will affect sleep as they both contain Caffeine. Yohimbine & Ephedrine will affect your going to sleep also.

Neither have any long term mental effects that I know of. However, if you are taking Yohimbine containing products (NYC, Yohimburn, etc.), you should NOT take most cough medicines, as Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (called DXM or DXM HBr sometimes) will likely cause brain damage (Olney's Lesions). This holds true with Yohimbine and other disassociatives (PCP, Ketamine, etc.).
