Hey,

I'm new and just joined the forum. I'm a mum to 3 boys who I had over the last 3 years. I really want to get rid of the excess weight and get my body back if that is possible??

I'm desperate to lose 5 kilo's in 8 weeks for my 10th wedding anniversary. I have just joined the gym and my trainer advised to use T3. I brought Lipo 6 and he said the stuff does not work and is ok for just the buzz??

I wanted to hear from anyone who uses the stuff and if anyone in UK has purchased it from here and whether they got there stuff.

I would honestly appreciated some decent advise.

Thanks a million x
Tina

Welcome to EF! It's great to have another female around here. We are always grateful for more estrogen. :)

omg. That trainer should be shot. What the heck is wrong with people!

Get on a nutrition plan that is customized for you and tailored to your goals. Start doing cardio to help get your metabolism rolling.

heck yea I agree with her :):)

cardio and good food is key! she is a great trainer and knows her stuff so
Her advice here is golden!!! Islandgirl rocks at fitness, and meal planning trust me I have seen her ppl they look fabulous when she is done with them so take any advice she can give you!!!!
Google the eat clean diet and start there tooo see what is a good food and if it can last in your home over 2 weeks its full of preservatives and that =BAD food toss it!

oh yea btw way WELCOME we need more women here and have your friends come on over too great info here and great ppl!

Wow...to advise T3 right off the bat is pretty irresponsible! 5 kilos in 8 weeks is doable with a good diet and getting your exercise going. No need to add in things like T3. Things like Lipo 6 may give you a bit of a boost but unless you have your diet on track, most of those things won't make a noticeable difference. My advise would be to start by figuring out your daily caloric needs so you know where you set your deficit and plan your food around that. There are great stickies here and great women who would be more then happy to help you do that too.

T3 is quite catabolic. It does have it's place in contest prep, but for the causal trainer interested in getting hard, there are so many superior choices for loosing fat I wouldn't know where to begin even listing them.

stay away from T3 for fat loss, it will only mess up your thyroid if you have normal thyroid levels... some girls that use it can develop hipo or hyperthyroidism from using the medication without needing it.
What think is that the trainer from the gym is only looking to make some extra money, please be careful. The only way for safely reducing bodyfat is by following a well balanced and clen diet, combined with a well sound exercise program.
5 kilos in 8 weeks is an ambitious goal, if you are not used to do a strict exercise program and nutrition plan, you could end up rebounding the what you lost.
Permanent changes start with a change to a healthy lifestyle.

WTF!?!?! Really? You went to a professional to help you get in shape safely, through hard work & he was SO bad at his job that he thought you'd be better off using a dangerous prescription medication illegally? That is the exact opposite of what every other fitness professional or enthusiast will tell you. Only try something like T3 as a last resort and with serious research. What a moron! How did this guy get a job?
