Adex off cycle?

I would not stay on adex off cycle. What did your bloodwork say your levels and ranges were?

i would not recommend doing that... only if its absolutely necessary when off cycle would you use an ai and you would want aromasin in a situation like that, not arimidex...

Only if medically necessary. I’m on prescription Arimidex because I convert too much testosterone to estrogen naturally. That’s the only reason you should be on it off cycle. Just give your body time get back to normal

Continue to monitor bloods. You dont want to use an ai when it's not needed.

That's what blood work is for. Monitor accordingly...
