calveless wonder New member Dec 9, 2003 #4 just blend some oatmeal i use 2 scoops protein + 1 cup of oatmeal + 1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter. if it's just a fat/protein shake i use 2 scoops plus enough flax oil to get me to about 650 cals

G Goldprospector New member Dec 10, 2003 #5 I am looking to make a custom MRP from PF, I don't want to use oatmeal and ANPB. I am looking at these #'s Egg PT 30% Cass 10% Whey 10% Malto 25% Flax Powder 25% This should be 50/25/25 Protien/Carbs/Fat combo...is this correct?
