M michaelt New member Oct 22, 2001 #1 hey bros, when i bench it seems like my bones hurt a bit,my bone under the tricep muscle and shoulders, also down my forarms a bit.. is it the probably the added weight im lifting? should i worry?

B bigmag New member Oct 23, 2001 #2 it sounds like a tendon problem to me.....the only thing I can really suggest is to stretch really well before you work out.

gymtime New member Oct 23, 2001 #3 Definitely stretch it out. Also, watch the amount of weight. A lot of shoulder injuries happen on the bench, especially incline.
