Abs/Dieting Question

Okay guys here is my problem that I am wondering what I should do... but first.. here are my personal stats-

height- 6' 3
weight- 174 lbs

I am currently a college student with an unlimited food plan. Although this may seem great for dieting purposes, there is a limited number of healthy food that is here. We have a salad bar, a deli, and the usual greasy crap stands. Nevertheless, I have been attempting to gain weight while keeping a flat stomach. I have gained 30 pounds since i arrived here (yes... i used to weigh 144 pounds at 6' 3) in muscle and I was wondering what I should do to obtain the following results. I would like to approach 200 pounds as my goal for a weight, while still being able to see my abs.

I would like to see my solid six while gaining this weight, although I have not devised a plan in order to see them. I am not a nutrition expert, and in fact, i do not know much about metabolic rates and that sort of thing. I am willing to eat and not eat whatever is neccessary, and I do not have any "food slip" days. I also have all the protien shakes that I need.

I know the basics of nutrition.. but How many Calories should I be taking in a day while still being able to gain muscle weight and see my abs. I'm not talking about huge.. ripped abs. I'm just talking about seeing the outlines of the six. I go to the gym 6 times a week, so this question is just relating to losing stomach weight while gaining muscle weight. Also, if my description fits your abs, would anybody like to share their workout?

Thanks to all who help!

Well, can you post your current diet, ie what you eat for a few days then we can guage what you eat, to how your look and try our best to add enough protein to gain muscle and not too much fat, but if you want to add 26lbs, some fat might be needed, are you juicing?

Here is my current diet... and I'm not kidding....I usually eat 10-20 of these cheese sticks we have here a day. They are just like a pizza crust with melted mozerella cheese on it. I also eat about a half pound turket sandwhich with nothing except a few slices of cheese in it. I also eat chicken noodle soup a few times a week (when they have it) in a sourdough breadbowl. Spaghetti is normally at the top of my list because it is always in supply here, no matter what else is offered. However, Baked Chicken is offered 3 or 4 times a week, and chicken tenders is offered about once a week. The deli is always available, just i do not go because it is about a 1/4 mile walk from my dorm, while the closer dining hall is a 30 second walk.

Keep in mind that I have a rediculous metabolism... it is insane. I eat 6 meals a day of the diet that is listed about and I do not gain more than 2 to 4 pounds a week. This is without any sort of cardio workout, besides running 1 mile a day. I also take about 2 protien shakes a day.

Theres my diet.... feel free to bombard me for the crap i eat!

and no... no juicing

Doesn't matter if u want to see results.. cut down on that shit food - for abs.. diet is key
