My friend had a land lord once. He said that the guy came to his place EVERY SINGLE MONTH and demanded $1,000. He said that if he didn't pay, then he'd come into the house while he wasn't home and throw all his stuff out into the street and change the locks. My friend called the cops and everything and the cops said they couldn't do anything. These land lords are dangerous people. Like the Mafia and shit... I suggest you pay them for this "protection" they're selling or get the hell out before it's too late.

Yes, wait at least a couple of months so the police/prosecutor couldn't have a solid case of revenge against you. Also, wear fucking GLOVES! Fingerprints are a sure sign of saying "YOUR FUCKED" if they are pinned to you. However, this only works if you have your prints on file due to a previous arrest, or you're arrested for vandalizing the car and then they take prints that the police find match your fingers. Also, it would be better to give some crazy person like $50 dollars to do it. Why? Because no one will see you, let alone someone of your same gender, doing it, so you won't be seen, heard or leave fingerprints behind. Additionally, if the crazy guy is caught, the prosecutor will not probably want to prosecute you based on the words of some crazy fuck who is saying that you paid him to do it. Just say that you never met the crazy guy before, and he is making up the story because he's insane. That's how we do it in Jersey, Italian Style. Worse comes to worse, you could just do it Mafiaoso Italian Style, whereby someguys named Tony and Guido come to his car at night and sets it on fire, all the while they force your landlord to watch it burn. Having Tony and Guido beat the shit out of your landlord might cost an additionally sum of money, however. So save your money up if you would also want these guys to throw an ass beating into their "package".

If u do it, for god's sakes -- DON'T drive up there in your own car. Last thing u want is for someone to see you do it, jot down your license plate --- and now there's a witness.

The easiest way is to position HUGE nails standing up right infront of each tire. So when he starts to move in the morning, 4 nails go piercing into each tire, and he deflates the tires himself.

Good luck. I've got friends who have HORROR stories to tell about landlords! I've had one who didn't take shit care of the place, was always having water, electricy, etc. problems. And when he DID fix it -- he gave THEM the bill! What a moron. And then when they contested, he threatened to kick them out and report them on their credit report. What an asshole.

I'm not stupid, ive done shit like this before, ofocurse theres always a chance but im at the point where i dont give a shit. The worst is, our landlords a lawyer . He made us pay 800$ a month, he wouldnt fix the water, all the walls cracked during the winter because our oil heater broke, and he refuse to pay to fix it, so not only did the walls crack but it was fucking COLD for 2 months. He told us the lease would last 1 yr, then it would be on a monthly basis because he wanted to sell the property. So the property sold for 500,015 $$$$$ cash, senator bought it. So now we have to be out in 10 days. I have horses that need homes and 10 days isnt enough to pack and go. So we asked the landlord if we could have till the end of the month, and he said SURE no problem. well an hour later the sherrifs at our door telling us be out by 9 am friday, or we will kick in your door. SO fuck him, im gunna torch this goddamn house also.
