Ab Workout I Can Do With The Following Equipment...?

I currently train at home with the following equipment and was just wondering what a suitable Abs workout would be with the stuff I have available to me. Obviously I don't have things like a cable machine etc, so I can't do any weighted ab work with cables etc, and I also don't have an abs bench for doing incline ab work etc, so I'm kind of in a jam. Anyway, this is what I have:

Power Rack
Bench
Olympic Weights
Olympic Barbell & Dumbbells
Olympic EZ Bar

^^ As you can see, not really much I can use to train Abs apart from weighted crunches, so I'm wondering how I'd do a decent Abs workout with that equipment.

Thanks in advance.

I had that sorta stuff and I would just do weighted situps (with barbell behind neck) and weighted plank...

Get some bands and you can do band pull downs in all kinds of fashions.

Load up a barbell like you would deadlifts, lay on your back, feet under the barbell, straight legs, sit ups. You can add weight or bands to this to make it harder.

Put some light weights on one side of the barbell, put it on your back like you would for a squat, and do side bends.

Lay on your bench, legs off the end, dbell between your feet, put your body in like a half crunch with hands on the bench for support. Pull your knees and feet into your body.

Leg Raises.

You are only limited by your creativeness.
