when to do cardio?

I have a question. I ask a lot of people this question and they look at me funny, so I'm going to ask it for you guys on here.
When do you like to do cardio? Do you like to hit it before your weight training or after? Or do you like to split your workouts where you do it in the morning and then weight train in the afternoon or vice versa?
I'm trying to figure out when to incorporate it. I really need to start doing more of it.

I personally feel most of the time any amount of cardio is a healthy decision.

The only time i feel it needs to be properly structured is if your in a proper growth phase and and this point keeping it to a volume that doesnt end of being the cause of over training. The type of cardio in this particular phase would be more important then perhaps duration. As in, any form of liss cardio would be preferable over say hiit cardio which ultimately would be adding another training session and potentially jeopardising proper recovery.

If morning cardio is practical for your, it has many mental benefits for setting up the rest of your day plus obviously health benefits also. If you can only fit 10-20 minutes around your workouts then personally i would opt to incorporate it post workout so it doesnt interfere with with your capacity during your resistance training.

Just my personal opinion though.

Bros, first thing in the morning you just came off some nice sleep so your body is going to be well rested. If you do it later in the day though, you can carb up a little bit during the day. Get some oatmeal and potatoes into your system.
