I just started my new workout. It i a 5 day workout
Chest/Back/Legs/Shoulders/Arms ......rest,rest
When should I do abs? and how frequently?
My current ab exercise is as follows, feel free to critique it:
Crunches
Leg Raises
Dumbbell Side Raises
Oblique Twists
