works good. I used even before AAS and is great for bulking. However, you have to have other protein as well. Stupid people think drinking a couple proten shakes a day will give them gains. YOU HAVE TO HAVE HIGH PROTEIN MEALS>>>MEAT....does a body good.

In fact, im going to Fill my tubarwar jars with the mixture, and leave em at work =]

Just pop your oats into a food processor and then put them in your shaker - I do it everyday and it works great.

With a blender my recipe is 1tbsp ANPB, half banana, 2 scoops ON Whey, 1 cup oats, and water and ice. Usually have 2 a day, 2nd one has less oats - usually a half cup.

Weight Gain Shake:

2 cups of Skim Milk
2 scoops of Whey Protein. Creatine can also be used.
2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter
1 Banana
1/2 cup of Oats
1 teaspoon of honey

Eat 40grams of QUALITY MEAT PROTEIN every 2 hours, with a portion of LOW-glycemic Carboydrates. EVERY 2 HOURS! Chase it down with a 20gram scoop of whey and water. Thats 60grams per meal, and about 60carbs(Low-glycemic) every 2 hours. So if you are eating 6-10 meals, thats alot of protein and good carbs!

Yeah, that works if you don't have a job, and if your Ectomorphic..... Endomorphs like me can't eat that much food in a day without getting fat.... I get 5-6 meals per day, with about 40-50gms of Protein, nice amounts of Sat Fat, and Good fats..... I keep carbs as low as I can no matter what time of day, except pre/post workout...... This type of diet keeps me pretty lean, and I can grow/maintain muscle pretty well..... Your diet is about 4-5k calories per day, which I might do if I'm on a bulking cycle, but that's the only time..... Too many calories, whether on AAS or not, makes me fat.... It's the Curse of the Endomorph.....
