Shakes WON'T CUT IT!
Eat 40grams of QUALITY MEAT PROTEIN every 2 hours, with a portion of LOW-glycemic Carboydrates.  EVERY 2 HOURS!  Chase it down with a 20gram scoop of whey and water.  Thats 60grams per meal, and about 60carbs(Low-glycemic) every 2 hours.  So if you are eating 6-10 meals, thats alot of protein and good carbs!
