do the oats make it gritty.........I know, "suck it the fuck up", but do you all soak your oats before to soften or do you man up and down the nitty gritty. I am sure it is good, lived off MRE's for 10 mos I know I can take it
2 cups of Skim Milk
2 scoops of Whey Protein. Creatine can also be used.
2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter
1 Banana
1/2 cup of Oats
1 teaspoon of honey
Funny how people waste money buying over priced junk from a store....When food is the key.....Nothing better then steak eggs veggies ect...and plain old whey...If yea aint going maybe you shouldnt read so many sales pitches on products...and stick to what really works.
by the way, great shake recipe...just my thought to elimate the sugar and add more nutricious carbs...everything is fine in moderation, but this bulking season I'm trying to stay under 10%
