Clarice that is your choice. How high do you plan on cycling? When you do 2 weeks on/off you need to keep cycling up and down so it can get a bit confusing but if you're not going too high it's pretty easy to do just that. By the 4th or 6th week though you don't have to go back down as low.... I'd jump back from 2 weeks off at 60mcg and I was fine.... I think I even jumped back on at 80mcg but I can't remember. My last batch was 400mcg/mL so.... well I had a hard time getting the dose just right. Another option is just to keep your doses low and not cycle up/down... you might actually like this!
 
she said she was only taking 5mcg of clen 2x a day, is that a typo? seems like very little and i don't know how she's going to dose that unless she wants to use a dilution of her original solution

ok... after ALOT ALOT ALOT of reading, i have adjusted my caloric intake and i am not going to do the clen.

i am 138.2 pounds and 15.8% bf...... my diet is going to be, 151 carbs/182 proteins a day. i am going to stick with the green tea.


8am - 1 cup green tea
1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
10 mg win
10 mg var

830am - 30 minute CARDIO (running on pavement) with sprint intervals

10am - 8 egg whts/1/2 cup oats
1 cup green tea
vit-c, multi-vit, fish oil, B-12, HTP for mood

1230pm - 4 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup brocc

1pm - WORKOUT

230pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
flax seed
potassium
1 cup green tea

430pm - 8 egg whts/1 cup brocc/ezekiel bread

730pm - 4 oz grnd turkey/1 cup brocc

TOTAL protein=182 carbs=151

She mentioned before she was going to dose up. It is very little.

Clarice what made you decide on starting at 10mcg/day?
 
i did a very basic critique in bold

hey phate1.. i appreciate all the good info. i did take a couple of things into consideration. i am gonna stick with the plan that i have listed. if i dont eat before cardio in the morning i will puke all over the place when i do eat, and that aint pretty. more vit-c...good, add bcaa...good, no intake before cardio... bad.

hey mel, i have fast twitch muscles and i am an ectomorph, so i thought that keeping it low would satiate my intake need. it was a miscalculation on my part. but i have decided to drop it. so i am going to stick with the green tea 3 times a day.

i felt great today!! i stopped drinking coffee and started green tea. did my last long run, which i will miss doing.

stats as of this morning: 139.5 pounds/15.8% bf

8am - 1 cup green tea
1 scoop nitro tech protein shake

830am - my last 10 mile run for 12 weeks!!

10am - 8 egg whts/1/2 cup oats
1 cup green tea
vit-c, multi-vit, fish oil, B-12, HTP for mood

1230pm - 4 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup brocc

1pm - NO WORKOUT TODAY

230pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
flax seed
potassium
1 cup green tea

430pm - 8 egg whts/1 cup brocc/ezekiel bread

730pm - 4 oz grnd turkey/1 cup brocc

TOTAL protein=182 carbs=151
 
You know its a real joy to see threads on the ef woman forum taking off like this again.. No one knows how much I wanted this to happen for ef this year and now that I see it taking place before my eyes. Well I can just say I feel good about it. I also feel good about all the great woman (and men) who have put in all the effort this year. You all know who you are because I speak with all of you all the time. Well most of all of you but now its getting to the point where there is people throwing down,helping out, making friends and more that I hardly even know that well. I did reach out to some of you this week though, and home to speak with you more often.

Sorry to post all this in your thread claricestarling but this is a perfect example of what a lot of us were all pushing for this year. You started this thread 2 days ago and now you have 4 almost 5 pages. Had this thread been made 8 months ago you'd have been lucky to have gotten past a page. This is not to say a year ago there was not some woman helping woman.. There was. But now its got that electric kick and excitement again. Now it has a foundation of many great woman helping each other.


Thank you to all of you and again welcome to the family claricestarling. You mean something to all of us and to me. You are a peace of something great now and have always been something great yourself.

i felt great today. i am really happy with this diet!! the change to green tea was a great idea. i feel cleaner and little bit lighter inside. almost like a natural lax, but in a good way. (shout out to mrs. thandie!!!!)

8am - 1 cup green tea
1 scoop nitro tech protein shake

830am - 30 minute cardio on road with sprint intervals

10am - 8 egg whts/1/2 cup oats
1 cup green tea
vit-c, multi-vit, fish oil, B-12, HTP for mood

1230pm - 4 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup brocc

1pm - WORKOUT BACK/BI'S/ABS

230pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
flax seed
potassium
1 cup green tea

430pm - 8 egg whts/1 cup brocc/ezekiel bread

730pm - 4 oz grnd turkey/1 cup brocc

TOTAL protein=182 carbs=151
