ok.... here is my updated plan ladies....for the next 12 weeks:

8am - 1 cup green tea
1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
10 mg win
10 mg var

830am - 30 minute CARDIO (running on pavement) with sprint intervals

10am - 2 egg whts/1/2 cup oats
1 cup green tea
vit-c, multi-vit, fish oil, B-12, HTP for mood

1230pm - 2 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup brocc

1pm - WORKOUT

230pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
flax seed
potassium
1 cup green tea

430pm - 2 egg whts/yogurt/ ezekiel bread

730pm - 4 oz grnd turkey/1 cup brocc

TOTAL protein=207 carbs=151

If so, carbs are good, but protein too high.

Or 153 pro, 307 carbs?

Keep the carbs at 150-160g
 
no offense taken, the diphenhydramine will help with sleep(i use it sometimes to help with my moderate insomnia), all i was saying is that it will not help with the clen, though ketotifen fumarate seems to help(this i can't explain but i've noticed that my temperature stays at 1.0-1.5 degrees above standard when i use keto, which is a good indicator that clen is working)

I completely agree about the Ketotifen and have posted it in this thread... or another, I lose track but it's SO hard to get. Benadryl is a far...far....far 2nd place, but it's convenient. Which is why I always did 2 on 2 off and avoided the whole thing altogether.
 
agreed, no way that is 307g of protein,

for easy reference most lean meats are around 25g of protein per 3-4 oz(depending on fat content)

egg whites are around 3-4g of protein per

most protein powders(good ones at least), are around 25g per 70cc scoop(standardized scoop)

i'm putting you around 140-150g of protein from glancing



i'm also wondering how you are getting 5mcg of clen? do you quarter 20mcg tabs?


i would add vitamin C after your workout, first thing in the morning and after cardio sessions(vitamin C is a cortisol buffering agent)

chromium polynicotinate would also be a great addition to help with insulin sensitivity and a host of other things(200-400mg per meal)

taurine at 2-4g/day should also be added as clenbuterol reduces taurine stores in the body which can lead to cramping

Do ya'll not like empty stomach cardio? just wondering?

phate1.... i have found if i put something in my stomach first thing, with caffine it keeps me going after the cardio.. if not, i get extremely weak and putter out at the gym.

yes.. i see your point with the vit-c.. i will add that x3.. thanx!

now... the chorm poly... for food digestion/obsorbtion?

melaina... for simplicity sake.. do you think i should just go with the 2 on 2 off and avoid the ben?
