A question for all of you consuming 2X Bodyweight in protein

Heres the gist of my diet, there are changes day to day but this gives you an idea. I'm not big into exact amounts so cant tell you detailed specifics. Also, most meals have a glass of skim milk with them that adds 10-15 grams of protein

meal 1 eggs(whole and whites) and toast
meal 2 oatmeal and a whey shake
workout
meal 3 shake with 70 grams dextrose and 40 grams whey
meal 4 steak and potatoes
meal 5 1/2 box kraft dinner with can of tuna
meal 6 1/2 container cottage cheese with 1-2 sandwhiches
meal 7 same as 6
meal 8 whey shake in milk before bed

I also have 4 tablespoons of EFAs per day
 
ThanX Needsize, BFS, and Synpax! That helps alot! I know if I can find a way to get all that food in my growth will explode! Looks alot easier written down then it is in practice!! haha Got to do something about it though. ThanX again!
 
needsize - can you give us a cost estimate for the total? Also, I am unfamiliar with your background - are you a professional body builder?
 
I'm an amateur competitor(the pic in my avatar was at my show in sept), would love to be a pro some day though. My grocery bill, which also covers my wife as well, is around $120 canadian per week.
The diet I have laid out there is pretty cheap

Needsize, does this diet give you enough fiber?
What about water retention with all the dairy in the diet, I would assume this isnt a precontest diet. oh, and you look great in your avatar!
 
its definitely a bulking diet. I'm on cycle so its hard to tell about water retention. I forgot to mention that i take a few spoonfulls of metamucil for fibre every day
 
I don't find it at all hard to down 2x bw in protein each day. Its all about $$$. i wiegh 205 and can't afford more than 300 grams of whole food protien every day.

I wouldn't have any probs eating 400-500 grams though, but i have a crazy appetite.

MILK, PASTA, OATS AND BREAD!
finally, someone who agrees with me on these food products!!
 
Here's what I usually consume on a daily basis:

Get up around 11am.
Meal 1: Oatmeal & Applesauce
Meal 2: 2 Scoop Whey Protein Shake w/ Milk & 2 Spoons of ANPB
Meal 3: Dinner (Varies everyday; Always chicken/turkey, some sort of starch, and veggies)
Meal 4: Clif Protein Bar & 1 scoop Whey Protein Shake w/ Water
-Workout-
Meal 5: Chicken & Broccoli or Sugarpeas & 2 Scoop Whey Protein Shake w/ Water
Meal 6: 1/2 Box of Kraft & Can of Tuna
Meal 7: Tuna Sandwich on 7 Grain Wheat Bread with 2 Slices of Cheese & Mayo
Then 2 Spoons of ANPB before bed.

Usually a handful of cashews in there somewhere, too. Doesn't come out to 2x Protein, but it suits me just fine. :D
