with the latest flamefests, i came up with a new initiative and would like feedback from all viewing members:

WITH THE APPROVAL OF A MOD, ANY MEMBER WITH LESS THAN 6 MONTHS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A POLL IN WHICH MEMBERS WILL VOTE TO HAVE HIM/HER BANNED.

It'd be great if we all used karma the way it is intended to be used - to reward good contributors and vote off the geeks and assholes. I think too many of us fear negative karma retaliation.

It's called karma. Paint them red and the system automaticaly bans them.

The admins just need to lower the level of negative karma needed to ban a newbie.

It depends, you guys have helped me out tremindously on the right things to do and not to do. I've been studying this board for four years and learned more here than from my home town bros who I use to buy my gear from. This place is where to learn if you are disciplined enough to be patient and think about what your being told. You ahve to know if the guy on the other end is speaking from experience and wants to help you from making a mistake. People can learn if they are willing. BIGBIZ
