A Diet Question For You Guys That Compete While On Cycle..
lets say your macros should be 50/30/20 (C/P/F) and you ate 3000 cals a day. that comes out too 375g's carbs, 225g's protein,66.6g's fat. now most bodybuilders say that you should eat at least 300g's a day in protein, so how do you adjust your macros to compensate for the extra caloric value without taking out carbs and creating to much fat gain?
also my BMR is about 2200 cals a day and i am 13.5%BF 5'11" i weigh 207 lbs now after a short cut and plan on jumping back on cycle(my first big one of 500ew testosterone enanthate, 600ew Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - ) and wanna just pack on LBM and drop the BF down to around 10% by the time the 20 weeks is over, how do you guys do it? or should i diet down and jump back on after i get to 10%bf?
