You did nothing but try to be proactive in finding out what is causing the issue is all :) It helps to SEE where it may be aggravating & pinpointing things that may cause it ... there are many people who refuse to do ATF squats for THAT reason, 'perfect form' or Not ... even Stiff legged Deads, the list goes on & on...

My body is FULL of imbalances & I get shit for them all the time, stemming from previously related injuires & training techiniques .. there are things you can do to correct imbalances, stretching helps, massages ... things like that...

No reason to panic babycakes :) ...

My hammy as so damn tight..they're going to take forever to loosen up... and my hip flexors.. :rolleyes: wound up tighter than a jack in the box that's too small hopped up on speed.

No, I used to throw it in with my workout protein shakes... I get plenty aminos from all the whole foods I eat.

It's a waste of money IMHO... I have 1/2 a tub left too, lol.

I believe, if I remember correctly, it's only useful when taken at large amounts 10-20 grams... no idea, but that's what I recall.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

I started Glucosamine/Chondrition/MSM a few weeks ago :)

I was just suggested to take a few weeks (up to a month) off because of the way I train... :rolleyes: ... I'm taking involutary time off / akward schedule right now...but i don't want to take THAT much time off yet.

You've had a few prior breaks, re: your cruise ... etc ...

You just need to try a few different things out is all :)

Yeah, i've been wrapping it even for "low" impact cardio as to not agitate it in any way... just got back from doing 3 sets of 10 mins HIIT cardio on the Arch Trainer... fuggin' soaked.

I have to use some weights while i'm there did 3 sets of DB Flat bench.

Going to strech some more (streched before, during and after all cardio now). Then ice myself down.

Don't worry I've been hittin' the gym... still friggin' hectic and working some things out in life, ect. Diet is ok... always can be better. A few more cheat meals than I prolly should be eating though :rolleyes: , lol.

Tendenitis ("tennis elbow") that I originally "got"/started acting up when i would do pushups when I was a pre-teen/young teenager... has come back... icing the elbow down too.

I guess pushing hard as hell and not taking care of myself like a real athlete is coming back to haunt me now :rolleyes: ... if one is going to train like a pro-athlete one must also try to nurture oneself accordingly as to avoid injury.

Overall most of my joints are reeeeally screaming. BOOOOOOO To Them.

Gotta give props where props are due:

EF_Dub B_Bunny Thank you so much for helping out with the streching routine... i seriously feel like a new person... I never knew i could have such "free" ROM with my hips now that my flexors are loosening up :D

I am so very happy to help ... If you have those foam rollers at you gym ... as WEIRD as you may feel, they work WONDERS as well, until you get that deep tissue we've been talking about :)

Lack of proper stretching while sprinting crippled me last year (while sprinting) & I mean I didn't FEEL it until weeks later, even a month or so ... lived off Aleve daily ... I'm sure it's in my log somewhere :)

190lbs this morning down a few pounds last checked.

:worried: Mentally I don't wanna dip into 180's lol...but we'll see how my goals change... time to put on some more meat in a few months.

The mirror says the AIFM (and/or Diet and Cardio/Training) dropping water weight... odd to me cuz i'm not using any Test. besides my own, but cool nonetheless.

Been training and eating pretty well as usual.

Last night ... pushed through pain at the gym, should NOT have stayed through the workout...but i did.

Time to lay off for a few days... hopefully better in 4 days max, then start up core work to tighten/strengthen everything nessesary.

Lower back pain is a beotch.

Ever since I got my hip flexors loose from streching they feel GREAT...but it did something to my lower back... and it kills.

Maybe i was out of whack so long that my lower back was never really "holding" position... who knows.

Rehabing my joints and back :)

Keeping the diet as tight as usual :) LOVE how i'm looking for once... AIFM is fuggin' amazing... dropped water, i can see more cuts... sweet product.


... little side note: Been wrapping up my left knee for anything involving the gym to keep it tight.

Will purchase wrist wraps and knee wraps (proper one's) as soon as I can (next month most likely, or so).

Saturday I worked with weights, a bunch of semi-random stuff... OHP, Flat bench, hammer curls, stuff like that.

My low back hurt for a bit after :( DAMNIT! Seems like it just can't hold anymore than my own weight...wtf. No way in hell i'm going to be able to shrug my 405 any time soon.. I'd be in a wheelchair from the spinal compression i think.

WOOOHOOO, long weekend coming up.. i'm stoked for a kick ass time :D

Lifted tonight.... misc. upper again.... and mini cardio session.

lower back, in good shape... no pain throughout workout and not much now, nothing like before.

knee, is good right now... pain during cardio, stopped immediately and streched more.

Diet is on point... 85% ... I may be underestimating, it ALWAYS could be better... so I say.. 85% :)

Cooked up mad chicken tonight... sweet 'tatoes too.

no egg whites for a few days finally.... damn things were my main source of protein past few days.
 
checked my ego at the door yesterday to trade in for some <= 50lb DB chest work... WOW, it was gooood :) Rep range was higher 12 max... solid form throughout.

Dips kicked my ass too.

Focusing on form and a tad less intensity now to keep my joints and injury at bay... I NEED to get a deep tissue...hopefully in the next month or two I'll be able to!

Eatin' chicken, 'tatoes, and some greenery right now :)

Tanning my pasty white ass too now... hoping for some progress pics this weekend... MAYBE... no promises damnit :p

I left my ego in the back when i started doing my ATF sqauts with 135 lol. Yeaa, try to work that injury out, no need to go crazy heavy on any injury. Nice Reps w/ propper form and FULL ROM will do great. Besides i bet your body needs a change of pace for a bit!

Thank god my gym has tanning included, or i would be milky too, get in the damn booth, get some good lotion (internettanning.com) and get us some progress pics! lol

I think i'll stick to showing upper cuz that's what i'm working on now. Especially delts and chest.

legs are crap i'm not going to lie and with this new knee issue i'm going to have to figure out something to put some serious mass on them... or "accept" it :worried: ...whatever either way, as long as I can train something i'll be "happy." put me in a wheel chair i'll compete like that :)

My back pulls the most weight...

wasn't born pullin' 405+, lol.... that took work. Pulling exercises have always been my favorite because I could always go heavier than I think I can handle without worring about being spotted or hurting myself... and my chest shows this very aparent lack of pressing :rolleyes:

:) NICE!!! I hope you do someday, i'd love to get on stage at some point in my life for sure too! But long ways away, I'd want to make sure I'd be in the top tier of competitors.... prolly have a few moch dates the year before just to make sure i dial in on spot for the dates i set, ect... and track everything... :rolleyes: analness at it's best, lol
 
I feel ya on the legs - I am still at a 38" but that is down from a 42" - 34" was friggin' high school for me, but I think I will get below that this year. Not sure how my legs will fit into a 34 or lower though....

Every inch off the waist makes me look oh so much wider up top!

What is your upper measurement - for a suit top let's say - I'm guessing in the 46" range. I wear a 50". That makes me wonder how big the top vs. how little the bottom is on the larger BB's ????

Also - I think you need to hit us up w/ a Back Double Bicep pose for the next progression pics......... I am guessing you could get SOMEONE to take the photos - lemme take a guess.....
