7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

mini update:

190lbs this morning down a few pounds last checked.

:worried: Mentally I don't wanna dip into 180's lol...but we'll see how my goals change... time to put on some more meat in a few months.

The mirror says the AIFM (and/or Diet and Cardio/Training) dropping water weight... odd to me cuz i'm not using any Test. besides my own, but cool nonetheless.

188.5 lbs this morning... look as "big" as I did mid 190's ... gotta be the AIFM and the water weight I DIDN'T know I had.

Been training and eating pretty well as usual.

Last night ... pushed through pain at the gym, should NOT have stayed through the workout...but i did.

Time to lay off for a few days... hopefully better in 4 days max, then start up core work to tighten/strengthen everything nessesary.

Lower back pain is a beotch.

Ever since I got my hip flexors loose from streching they feel GREAT...but it did something to my lower back... and it kills.

Maybe i was out of whack so long that my lower back was never really "holding" position... who knows.

Rehabing my joints and back :)

Keeping the diet as tight as usual :) LOVE how i'm looking for once... AIFM is fuggin' amazing... dropped water, i can see more cuts... sweet product.


... little side note: Been wrapping up my left knee for anything involving the gym to keep it tight.

Will purchase wrist wraps and knee wraps (proper one's) as soon as I can (next month most likely, or so).
