6 Months to Change My Life!!!

6 to 7 is extremely low. youre going to need someone who knows what they are doing getting you there. its not easy at all, unless you are genetically set at a low bf like 8 to 9 naturally.

I agree with TimTim here.For that time frame and the goal you're trying to reach. You will need more time my friend. Not just to get to where you want to be but to do it at a comfortable pace and not put your mass goals into the negative.
7 months. Not tryi9ng to discourage you but you'll be taking two steps forward and three back.
Sust, deca, d-bol would be a good start at the right doses. Then go to a different set of compunds later such as a prop/ tren combo. with a lil sust once a week to keep in your system a lil longer than the prop and tren.
You could visit the diet and health forum.

the guy in the pic looks terrible, why anyone would want to look like that i will never know. he's probley 12% bodyfat with no muscle mass to speak of. even his abs look strange.

is this some sort of joke?

what bf would u say this person is at? this is pretty much where i want to get to.

1- this dude is def. over 10% bf
2- he looks like a fag and like shit
3- with this goal in mind, you dont need bodybuilding, you need tennis
4- it's all about dieting and cardio to get where you need to be
5- aas is not sustainable unless you diet is perfect and your PCT is check on, which i really doubt it is in your case
6- do a shitload more research before you do this
7- how many threads have you made on this topic already?
 
I don;t get this thread. I'm not sure how and why this gy need to or must change his life but fuck, train your ass off for 6 months and you'll get in shape dude - at least as good as that guy in the picture, who has no muscle. He looks natural. His body is the result of being young, having naturally good abs and jogging. Not gear.
 
ROFL @ "You dont need AAS you need tennis" seriously why the fuck would you come on an AAS forum to try and look like a typical scrawny dude because thats all that dude is...In any event you dont need any type of AAS just diet and cardio... IMO He's not even shredded like a runner. Looks like a turd pusher too
 
I was going to give you some good advice. But then I saw the picture of what you want to look like. The guy is so week he can't stand up straight. You've been sold a bill of goods by a bunch of queers that run the modeling agency. The guy that you posted isn't the ideal of manhood. But he is the ideal of faghood. Hell I bet if you bent him over with the lights out it would be like doing a seventeen year old girl from behind. But maybe that's what you mean by "changing your life." Remember boy put a sock on it or you're going to die.
