you dont need AAS to look like that just dont eat anything for a few weeks. looks like that guy never touched a weight in his life. or smoke crack everyday for a month and you look just like that.

10%, maybe 9 but there is not much muscle there at all. could be higher.

yep i remember that, guess he didn't like the advice?? I do find it interesting that his time to change his physique went from a normal cycle 10-12 weeks to half a year.
