5X5 Split???

Trying the 5X5 and have gained 10 pounds in a 6 weeks but I am not sure about the split. This is what I have been doing so far.

day1-chest/bi/tris
day2-rest
day3-back/delts
day4-rest
day5-legs/abs
day6-rest


Does this look right?? Is day-1 too much, when doing it I get a crazy pump but don't want overtrain due to the high volume of sets on that day.

thats a good idea then my back will be fresh but will doing deadlifts have an effect on on my back day???

If you don't mind. . .go ahead and post your routine. Show me the exercises you are using. I followed this exact same program a couple of years ago.

-chest
incline 5x5,flat db 2x8,flyes 3x12
-bis
BB culs 5x5,seated db curls 2x8,db preachers 3x8
-tris
close grip bench 5x5, bb skulls 2x8, rope 3x10

day2-rest

day3-back/delts
-back
deads 5x5, hammer high row 3x8, seated rows 2x10
delts-
press 5x5,lat raises 3x10,front raises 2x8(plate)
day4-rest
day5-legs/abs
squats 5x5,different all the time but around 2 more exe. for 2 sets each
day6-rest

Deads should be on your back day...I'm not sure I understand what you're asking here...
