Trying the 5X5 and have gained 10 pounds in a 6 weeks but I am not sure about the split. This is what I have been doing so far.
day1-chest/bi/tris
day2-rest
day3-back/delts
day4-rest
day5-legs/abs
day6-rest
Does this look right?? Is day-1 too much, when doing it I get a crazy pump but don't want overtrain due to the high volume of sets on that day.
