I’m looking to do a new workout split
was doing the push/pull leg split.
I want to change it up
I want to add in a cardio split and an ab split
would do change it to 5 day split that way or incorporate those into the existing splits?
I will suggest you to do one muscle group a day(5days) but with that regularly do proper cardio and can do abs 2-3 days.
1st day-Back
2nd day-Chest
3rd day-Legs
4th day-Shoulder
5th day-Arms
