Hit the gym for a light workout. Really just wanted to walk out some knee pain. Walked one mile at 4mph 8% incline. Then hit about 30 minutes of abs. Its hard to just go to the gym 3 days a week after going 4 or 5 for so long. Knees feel good. Cant wait for squats friday.
