Yea on my old 4day split I did bb, hammer, and preacher. On this 5x5 I throw different acc's in to finish out workouts. I will throw in calves and shoulders probably tommorrow. I'll have to see how I feel, i'm switching back to nights right now. So I will be up for about 24 before I catch a 4hour nap before gym. Then back to work.
