It's suggested like this...
Mon-squat
Tue-bench
Thur-deads
Fri-ohp

But i would like to do the complete opposite so squat is on Friday.
Mon-ohp
Tue-deads
Thur-bench
Fri-squats

I want to keep the squats on the end so i have 2 (none working ) off days in a row to recover. I have a physical job and squats at the beginning of the week is really taking it's toll.
Just finished my first mesocycle and i loved it! Planing my nest one now so any suggestions from experienced ppl would be great.
So you guys see any problem with this?

Im doing Wendler's 531 body building template and that template uses the same order for the 531 lifts that you want to do so I would say go for it

I personally never lift 2 days in a row though. I dont stick to specific days, I usually lift every other day and do conditioning work the other days and take one full day off to rest per week

Iv thought about doing it like this. Day1 Dealifts, Day2 OHP, Day 3 off, Day4 Squat, Day5 BenchPress, Day6 and 7 off. Just so I'm fresh on both Deadlift and squat days. Gives me a good three days from squats to deads because when I do deadlifts and squats I usually hit the hams hard with StiffLegDeads and Goodmornings. So really like the extra rest.

Do the program the way that best meets your needs. If you work a physical job then squats on friday makes sense. As long as your following the training template, the days of the week dont matter. Your body doesnt know its friday, it will adjust to anything you throw at it.
