Hey forum. Just wanted to report a couple of things.
I did a short primo/test/dermacrine cycle (6 weeks) Courtesy of Nelson M./Needto, and had some impressive results. My waist size did not go up...but 1" gain in arms and legs?? blockier chest, round, thicker shoulders, actually "lat" spread.... serious horseshoe tri's...very nice...not HUGE...but nice. I followed some of Nelsons BBing truth exercises...and a Christian Thibideaux hypertrophy training regimen. (Laid off the kettlebells

I've been doing Prot.Facts "Post Cycle/Unleashed" and Primordials "Sustain"...as well as my new AMP02 (though I'm still figureing it out...fuck, I crash SO HARD after the workout...but WhAt A WORKOUT!!!). Still eating pretty F'n clean!! (OK Tatyana?? HAHAHAH!) Diet revelations abound!
I'm maintaining, if not getting stronger! 6 sets 4 reps of 275 BackSq/6 sets of 4reps at 245 SLDL , 6 sets of bench, 4 reps, 225 (NEVER IN MY F'n LIFE)... 3 weeks after the end of my "short" cycle.
I must say, the Primo/test combo really worked. the two x 3cc shots of the mix wasn't too bad... I knotted up 2 times....but other than that...it was smooth sailing. I lost VERY LITTLE bodyfat (if any) because I ate like a tiger.... but I didn't get "fatter" either.
SO hats of to you guys.... looking forward to my next cycle in APRIL.
