Thanks charles! I cant be happier with the chalk though the bar i cant believe how much it helped with stability. My normal routine is only flat bench 2x a week, kinda like with the 5x5. Ill add weighted dips 1x a week as well.
twenty47 - I hit 315x8 and I think i can get 395 but u know those calcs are inaccurate after about 5 reps lol. I think you could do 385 right now
